• Charges apply, and a DTCM guide & Mosque Manners dress code is mandatory for entry.

Payments Terms

• You have to book tour with deposit 40% of package cost.
• Due amount 60% have to pay 15 Days before the trip.

Important Notes & Terms

• Museum of the Future: Closed until further notice.
• Tourism Dirham Fee (City Tax): Payable directly by guests at hotel check-in:
• 2★/3★ Hotels: USD 2.74 / AED 10 per room per night
• 4★ Hotels: USD 4.11 / AED 15 per room per night
• 5★ Hotels: USD 5.48 / AED 20 per room per night
• Hotel Policies: Standard check-in is 14:00 HRS / Check-out is 12:00 HRS. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and charges. Twin bedding and special requests are subject to availability.
• Rates: Dynamic in nature and subject to change upon final confirmation.
• Attraction Bookings: Attractions like Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, and Ain Dubai are subject to availability on the portal. Slots are confirmed only after payment.

General Terms & Conditions

• Passenger Count Changes: Modifications in the number of passengers may affect the quoted price.
• Booking Status: No rooms have been booked yet. All quotes are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Alternative Arrangements: We reserve the right to provide alternate accommodations, sightseeing, and transfers of equal or higher standards.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 10 days of travel incur a USD 15 per person surcharge.
• Airport Transfers & Sightseeing: All transfers are in air-conditioned private (PVT) vehicles unless stated otherwise. SIC (Seat-in-Coach) operates on designated routes and timings with English-speaking guides.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Wheelchair assistance must be arranged by passengers themselves.
• Flight details and a contact number are required at least 7 days before arrival for smooth airport pickups.
• We are not responsible for missed breakfasts due to flight timings or excess baggage charges.
• Porterage is not included in the package.

Additional Terms

• Availability: Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability. Alternative options of a similar standard will be provided in case of unavailability.
• No Refunds for Unused Services: No refunds for early check-out, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, transport, or sightseeing. Medical-related early check-out refunds are subject to hotel policies.
• Check-in/Check-out: As per hotel policy; early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
• Exclusions: The package does not include personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, minibar, alcoholic beverages, tips, portage, or camera fees.
• Itinerary Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, overbookings, strikes, or flight cancellations. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Flight Cancellations: We are not responsible for arranging alternative flights at the same cost. Any additional expenses are borne by the traveler.
• Mandatory Gala Dinners: Hotels may impose additional charges for gala dinners on special dates (e.g., 24 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb). Guests must pay these charges directly to the hotel.
• Travel Regulations: Travelers are responsible for verifying country-specific entry rules before booking. Regulations may change without prior notice.

Scope of Services

• Eagle Crest Tourism LLC acts as a holiday organizer and collaborates with third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, restaurants, etc.).
• While we ensure quality services, we do not own, operate, or control these providers.
• Guests must adhere to service provider policies, and we are not liable for service deficiencies or disruptions beyond our control.

Amendments & Changes

• Any amendment request is treated as a new booking and is subject to availability.
• If a modification request falls within the cancellation period, applicable charges will be levied as per airline and hotel policies.
• Additionally, for any quote modifications, kindly communicate via email in the same thread for seamless tracking.
• Queries received after office hours will be addressed promptly the following day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds for unused services such as transportation, meals, accommodation, or sightseeing.
• Hotel cancellations follow hotel policies; non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
• Transfers & activities are non-refundable if canceled within 3 days of travel.
• Entrance tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• A 5% service charge applies to cancellations or amendments.
